we thank you for this earth on which we are standing,
the sacred space of this garden,
this path that symbolizes our journey toward the Divine
and for the many hands and hearts that helped create it.
May this be hallowed ground
where we can experience your love
as safety, rest, patience, kindness, goodness, hope, and healing.
Bless each person who comes here to be in touch with you,
the Source of Life.
May each step release our burdens
and bring us into the quiet of eternal love.
Open us to the joy and comfort of your companionship.
Guide us to find what we seek
and that which we deeply need.
Grant us direction and wisdom,
comfort and encouragement,
a deeper sense of self and of our place in your good creation,
and an awareness of the Divinity
within each person and all creation.
Guide our feet from this place to live lives of service.
With all the hopes

spiritual awakening and reawakening
